3.1 These Terms apply to all products sold through our online store, including original cosmetic products from brands such as Bioxcin, Restorex, Hueger, Monoville, Bioblas, and others.

3.2 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms are effective upon publication on the website.

4. Ordering and Acceptance

4.1 Orders can be placed via our website.
4.2 After submitting an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.
4.3 The purchase contract is formed when the order is confirmed by the Seller.
4.4 We reserve the right to reject any order, particularly in cases of stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or invalid data.

5. Prices and Payment

5.1 All prices are in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
5.2 Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders are charged at the price at the time of purchase.
5.3 Accepted payment methods:

  • Online card payment via Stripe

  • Bank transfer

  • Cash on delivery (if available)
    5.4 Payment is considered complete once the funds are received by the Seller.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Delivery is available to CZ, SK, PL, HU, RO, DE, AT, IT, ES, LT, EE, DK.
6.2 Delivery is carried out via Packeta or GLS.
6.3 Standard delivery time: 2–5 business days from order confirmation.
6.4 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
6.5 The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect delivery information provided by the Buyer.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from delivery.
7.2 Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
7.3 Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.
7.4 Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
